I was interested in this coronavirus since December 2019, when the first mentions of this issue appeared. When the onset of illness began, I often checked what the condition looked like at an hour, soaking in data on the illness and infection history several times a day. It was not a fixation, but after 2 weeks I realized that I devote too much attention to this topic. I decided to limit it strongly to keep my head fresh and I check this information not every day, but every 2-3 days, of course, taking into account various media and the information they provide. The difference is that I stopped tormenting my brain with negative coronavirus related things. I felt that I was falling into some sort of panic. I wanted to be aware but also stay cool to function normally every day. I know that these feelings can have a very negative effect on me, especially since I tend to overthinking. After a week of such practice I felt relief. I was less worried, I had more energy and a desire to do new things. My attitude and attitude have changed for the better. I don't watch TV for a reason. For the same reason, there are too many negative events, which badly affects our psyche. We must take care of physical and mental health.
